A well-known Asian retail company is looking for an independent and driven individual to join their local team in Singapore.

Sitting within the group HR team and reporting into the HR Director based in Singapore, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities. Your role is to act as a C&B partner to senior management team by providing advisory on processes and policies. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to, leading compensation evaluation, annual processes, implementation of new initiatives, budgeting, and salary benchmarking. You will also be involved in the review of all benefits related matter.
The suitable candidate will be someone who is resilient, highly adaptable to constant process improvements, and also willing to learn. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and deal with the operations aspect of the work. Strong ability to work closely with management team and internal stakeholders will be a must. In addition to this we are also looking for:
• At least seven (7) years of HR experience with at least four (4) years in a C&B role
• Resourcefulness and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of compensation & benefits legislation (ideal)
• Singaporeans only
