Reporting to the Regional HR Director you will assist on the planning and implementation of C&B projects for Greater China to improve HR efficiency. Project work will cover salary & grading structures, bonus and ESOP schemes, job evaluation, incentive plans and other C&B analyses. You will also be responsible for budgets, consolidating internal and external benchmarking, annual salary review exercises, as well as overseeing payroll and tax functions. HRIS launch and implementation will be another major task for this position.
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in compensation and benefits gained from multinational companies. Regional experience and industry exposure gained from the technology sector would be a plus. In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Solid knowledge of currently legislations
• A proactive, hands-on and strategic thinker who will own the responsibility for C&B
• Strong communication skills with language fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
