A growing global financial services institution is looking for an independent and driven individual to join their Compensation team in Singapore.
Fast-paced working environment
Sitting within the Compensation team and reporting to the Head of Compensation based in Singapore, you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of compensation activities from development to execution. You will be working on compensation projects with your regional colleagues, reviewing of salary using internal and external data, conducting job evaluation to develop salary proposals, and vendor management. As and when required, you have to analyse and present reports on HR metrics to stakeholders.
The suitable candidate will be someone who is highly adaptable, demonstrate agility and ability to think on your feet, detail oriented, and also willing to learn. You should have good understanding of compensation and have actual hands-on experience dealing with compensation data. A minimum of five years working experience in a Compensation role is required. Previous experience working within financial services industry is an advantage.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business management, or similar field of studies
Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
