Working as a consultant, you will be partner with other consultants on client projects across industries and various HR areas. You will assist the senior consultants in providing consulting services in areas of strategy clarification, performance management, compensation programs, organization development and competency modeling. Constantly making recommendations for improvement, you will analyze the HR and business processes and develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of rewards, talent management or organizational alignment.
The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of consulting practices, plus the ability to engage stakeholders across the business. You will have a good track record of helping clients achieve their business goals, demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, and work effectively as a team player. You should have two to three years of relevant experience in Talent Management, and constantly demonstrating intellectual curiosity and learning ability. In addition, we are looking for the following:
- Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Resourceful with the ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- An eye for details, insightful with a structured thought process.
