A fast-growing corporate housing technology firm is seeking to hire a Controller to support their growing business based in their office in the Fort Lauderdale Area.

As the Controller you will be tasked with guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. You will prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; and recommending plans. You will also provide status updates on financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data as well as maintain responsibility for recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
You must have the ability to develop relationships across the business in order to successfully oversee the Finance department. This role also requires strong communications skills as you will be responsible for communicating complex issues to the team and business.
In Addition, You Must Have:
- 5+ years’ of accounting experience
- Active CPA license
- Experience developing Financial Modelling
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
