Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for all recruiting activities at corporate level primarily for Hong Kong as well as be involved in talent acquisition & management projects across the business. You will attract, motivate and retain qualified candidates to join the company, develop candidate pipeline and build trusted relationship with business unit leaders. You will design and develop resourcing channels and process to improve hiring efficiency, and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits team to successfully close roles. The role will also involve projects such as employer branding, social media and career e-platforms.
We are looking for a recruitment specialist or HR generalist candidate with a strong slant in recruitment. The qualified individual will have a minimum of 8 years’ talent acquisition/ recruitment experience gained from MNCs, while agency experience would be beneficial. A thorough understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes is essential, as well as the knowledge of recruitment vendors and labour laws. In addition, we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• Outgoing and independent personality with a strong client orientation
• Detail-mindedness and a high level of integrity
• Language fluency in English, Cantonese and ideally Mandarin
