This is a well-established organisation with a long and impressive history of supporting financial markets and, more recently in their evolution, the provision of technology and data driven solutions. Following a significant regional acquisition, they are adding a new headcount to the regional HR team to specifically focus on driving the DEI agenda.
Working with your peers in Europe and the US, you will implement global strategies with a local lens; being able to fully understand the nuances of different agendas across different countries which make up this diverse and challenging region. You will partner with country leaders to identify their key initiatives and put in place programmes to enhance employee engagement and create a sense of belonging. You will drive the internal ERG initiatives and, at early stages, support committees with advice on content and event initiatives.
This is an exciting role to truly create and drive a DEI agenda. There is an acknowledgement that the global initiatives can’t simply be implemented into APAC and the purpose of the role is fully supported by the ELT. We are looking for a someone with demonstrable experience of creating and driving a DEI agenda and strong influencing skills.
