Working closely with the Head of HR you will review, recommend, develop and implement reward strategies & programmes and its related HR policies & procedures including but not limited to salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review. You will be part of the transformation phase for the organization and lead projects such as employer branding, employee value proposition, job evaluation and career path formulation. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will be advising leadership teams and HRBPs on all issues relating to Compensation & Benefits and maintain all HR policies and procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a team leader role overseeing C&B, HR Operations and HRIS.
We are looking for a seasoned C&B specialist with a minimum of 12 years’ experience gained from sizable organizations, ideally having covered areas of HRBP, HRIS and organizational transformation. We are also looking for:
• Degree qualification, ideally in Human Resources Management
• Sound numeric and analytical skills
• Good people and project management skills with high level of accuracy, and the ability to multi-tasks at a timely manner
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
