Job Description

Reporting to the VP Global HR, you will provide leadership and oversight in the areas of shared services, recruitment, HRIS and C&B.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management, lead the team in areas of employee life cycle management from on-boarding to off-boarding, record and data management. Coach train and develop the team to optimize performance, create organizational depth and individual growth

  • Responsible for defining process and system problems, framing potential solutions and creating efficiencies through understanding of system capabilities and limitations. Provide day to day People Operations support including troubleshooting issues and serving as the escalation point for process and systems issues

  • HR operations, provide operational support in the smooth delivery of HR shared services to the various business entities and facilitate geographical alignment of HR processes. Manage the day-to-day work of the People Operations team, performing operational duties required to keep the process running consistently

  • Process improvement, facilitate the alignment of HR processes across all businesses. Investigate ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, and shared services

  • Project management, work with HR business partners globally in establishing shared services operations support based on site project requirements and establishing service level agreements with the project owner and improve the process. Scale existing processes for growth and innovation based on business needs

  • HR communications, interact and work closely with senior level internal stakeholders across all global locations

Key Requirements:

  • Masters’ Degree in Human Resource, Business or related field of studies

  • At least ten years' of relevant experience in HR shared services and HR systems within MNC environment

  • Proactive, good attitude, team player

  • Excellent people management skills

  • Proven track record of strategic HR management experience;

  • Willing to travel

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
