You will be the HR Business Partner (HRBP) lead for a key group located in the Kansas City, MO market. You will work side by side with the Executive and Business Leadership teams providing insightful problem-solving, leadership, and direct support for this employee group. We are ideally looking for someone with a strong generalist background, with experience supporting a mix of corporate and industrial client groups
This role will cover a broad range of HR functions, including organizational effectiveness, performance management, process re-engineering, change management, talent acquisition, development and retention, M&A integration and union relation matters. The successful applicant will be a motivated and passionate individual willing to immerse themselves into the organization to provide appropriate direction and leadership to their team.
The successful applicant will have:
- 15 to 20 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent at prioritizing and proven stakeholder/relationship management skills
- Ability to work through ambiguity and a high level of resilience
- Union relations experience is preferred.
