A fast pace IT company is looking for an experienced and hands on Talent Acquisition Director for Asia:-
• Be responsible for end to end recruitment of a diverse range of experienced Non- Operator and Operator positions across Asia
• Developing, implementing and maintaining strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs
• Motivating and developing a team of over 20 Talent Advisors across China, India, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand
• Delivering key talent acquisition programs and initiatives in the region
Reporting to the Global VP of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for delivering proactive solutions for business talent acquisition problems, whether it be through strategic road mapping or driving process improvement.
You will be university educated with international exposure. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships at all levels. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills.
In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
• At least 10 years of experience in a HR leadership role in an MNC
• Be highly familiar with the end to end recruitment process
• Strong experience of managing onsite and regional remote teams in Asia
• Prior experience of volume hiring as well as niche skill hiring ideally in both manufacturing and technology
