We are looking for someone who is extremely passionate about candidate experience, employer branding and DEI recruiting. This person should be excited to work in a fast-paced, quickly growing fintech environment!
In addition, we are also looking for:
- 3+ years managing a team
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience with high-growth companies in SaaS is also needed to ramp up effectively
- Experience managing a scaling TA team in a hypergrowth setting
- Familiarity with the FinTech/Payments space is a big plus
