Our client is a global business services company and as a result of some recent changes they are looking for a new D&I team lead.
- London based, when normality resumes it will be 3 days a week in the office.

Working as a key part of the leadership team we are looking for an experienced D&I person who has been part of an in-house team and is now looking for their next move. The D&I agenda remains one of the key priorities for the business and you will closely with the board to further re-establish the current agenda while also looking at new and interesting ways to remain relevant in an ever changing landscape. Relationships with external bodies will also be key to this role alongside an ability to market and communicate effectively.
This is a team lead position and experience of managing a small team is essential. This is a broader international role and while you might not have global experience we are looking for someone who has worked across multiple countries or even across a region. The ability to manage and influence business stakeholders is an absolute must and we will be looking at how you have been able to successfully do this across your career.
