Job Description

A large, progressive global fin/tech firm is looking to hire an experienced, resourceful, and passionate Diversity & Inclusion Manager to support their growing business, based out of their offices in New York City.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing various Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for the organization. You will also be partnering with senior leadership to ensure the effective integration of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing recommendations that will ultimately strengthen key HR deliverables. This person should be process and project oriented, and will be tasked with developing and organizing the company’s current Diversity & Inclusion educational initiatives. Having strong communication skills are a must, as you will be advising leaders on the establishment of Diversity & Inclusion goals, objectives and strategies as well as developing implementation plans to meet established goals. In addition, this candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 8-10 years’ experience in similar roles

  • Strong knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion Best Practices

  • Ability to influence others, and set the strategic direction

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment on a variety of complex projects
