Our client is an expanding financial services organisation looking to hire a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Project Manager to join their developing HR division.

- Central and South West London based.
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will drive a best practice D&I agenda, essentially enabling the delivery of key D&I activities across the company. The role will help to inspire and encourage a mindset that understands the business benefits of creating and maintaining a fair, inclusive and meritocratic culture. The Project Manager will initiate, plan, control and report on diversity and inclusion interventions meeting various stakeholder needs. The job holder will also support on a range of ongoing and ad-hoc HR projects, providing end to end project management on initiatives that support our people plan. This role would suit someone innovative who has a real passion for D&I and who will be able to drive positive change and bring new way of doing things.
We are looking for someone with previous HR experience ideally from a financial or professional services organisation. You will also have a solid experience in a D&I role with a proven track record of delivery and strong knowledge and understanding of D&I best practice.
The success of this role will depend on building strong relationships with business and functional partners across the bank, as well as the wider HR team In addition, we are looking for:
- Ability to analyse and interpret people data
- Project management skills
- Very strong numerical skills with ability to analyse large and complex data sets into easily digestible information
- Degree level education is desirable
