Our client is one of the leading global law firms looking for a Diversity & Wellbeing Manager to join their London office. 

  • Reporting into Head of HR UK & Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing
  • Permanent Position
In this challenging role you will be working closely with the Head of HR UK, the Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing strategy, and the Global Diversity Partner lead to develop, deliver, and embed the UK Diversity and Wellbeing programme, ensuring alignment with global diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing goals. Areas of focus for diversity and inclusion include but are not limited to: gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, social mobility, working families, and age. Areas of focus for wellbeing include but are not limited to: mental, physical, social, and financial.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in HR/ Diversity & Inclusion role, ideally gained in ideally gained in a global professional or financial services firm.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Creating and managing communication strategies (with help of others)
  • Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Project skills, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Results oriented and able to drive change
