Diversity Recruitment Consultant, Campus [Contract] – New York City
A global organization is looking to hire a Diversity Recruitment Consultant to support their business based out of New York City. This is 2-3 month contract position.

Working with the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for executing diverse sourcing strategy in the campus space. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with target academic institutions as well as relevant groups and programs at the schools.
The ideal candidate should have previous campus recruitment experience, preferably for a Financial Services organization, and excellent interpersonal skills. We are looking for a creative and proactive individual who is project-oriented with excellent time management skills. Demonstrated experience networking and connecting with a variety of clubs and organizations is desired.
You Must Have:
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Campus Recruitment (Financial Services preferred)
- Self-starter and proactive approach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
