Our client is an investment fund with a clear purpose where you have a lot of autonomy and are able to get a lot of exposure.
It is a 10 year old company and the HR function has been completely refreshed by a strong HR Director and team in place. As the team matures and the business grows they acknowledge they are quite thinly spread so they are looking to hire an additional headcount to focus on Diversity & Talent. They recognise as a business they need to think more about how they recruit D&I talent and then what do they do with it so really focussing on talent- assessment – succession; how can they upgrade, who are the future hi-potentials, who do they want to elevate, how can they broaden where they are getting new hires from, market mapping for future as well as immediate needs etc etc.
They have a high level D& I strategy but now now need someone to push it forward and make it happen with the recruitment lens attached as well.
This is a mid level hire and suits someone who can work autonomously and get into the detail as well as hold more strategic conversations with senior stakeholders. Ideally Manager grading.
- Energy, drive and autonomy are encouraged, be able to drive own ideas, innovate and be strategic.
- Someone who is really authentic around D&I.
- Talk to senior leaders and create a good impression.
- Be able to influence in a positive way.
- Financial services background is preferred.
- Strong track record in Diversity and Talent Acquisition
