Our client is one of the fastest growing online luxury fashion and style companies

An immediate need has arisen for a Recruitment Team Leader for the E-Commerce business where you will be responsible for hiring across a diverse number of roles under the E-Commerce Department, including Designers, Researchers, Marketeers.  Based in London you will also have responsibility for the day-to-day management of two individuals. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract with a strong chance of turning permanent for the successful individual. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment and bring in quality talent for roles 
  • Review and improve the recruiting service, developing a strategy that supports the growth of the business
  • Ensure best practice and efficiencies for Hiring Managers, HR Team and candidates 
  • n collaboration with the wider Global HR team provide proactive contribution to process optimization 
  • Build productive and trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Supporting Employer Branding projects 
  • Suggest, develop and own value add projects. Collaborate with your peers internationally, sharing ways of working and contributing to the global team 
  • Develop regular data reports in a meaningful way. Continuously working with your team to gather external market intel and utilizing this to help aid resourcing plans 
  • Constantly assessing and reviewing business priorities versus resourcing plans and team’s delivery and tackling issues quickly and professionally 

Experience & Skills: 

  • Extensive in-house recruitment experience gained within a fast-growing e-commerce environment 
  • Solid people management experience 
  • Experienced in creating and delivering data reports and presentations 
  • Has worked with Head of and above stakeholder groups 
  • Deep knowledge of multiple recruitment methodology and metrics 
  • Understanding of relevant employment and recruitment legislation 
  • Able to communicate in-depth knowledge of external market and industry trends 
  • Excellent organization skills to manage a dual role between team management and end-to-end recruitment 
  • English fluency, Italian is a plus 
  • Proactive, results oriented and self- motivated 
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders 
  • Great sense of humor and collaborative
