Job Title: Early Careers Attraction, Diversity & Engagement Manager

Our client is a leading global investment firm looking to hire an Early Careers Attraction, Diversity & Engagement Manager
The position will support the EC Recruitment Lead in the operational delivery of attracting and selecting talent within Early Careers across assigned business units or schemes across UK, Dublin and Continental Europe.
To organise and execute the operational strategy for the on-campus events, marketing and on-going relationships with target schools, universities and faculties.
Working in partnership with EC Recruitment Lead, business units, to organise and facilitate all pipeline programmes, diversity initiatives and early careers events for early careers across graduate and apprentice programmes.
We are keen to speak with candidates who have a keen interest and passion in Diversity and Inclusion who can bring creative ideas to the Early Careers team in order to attract a strong pipeline of talent into the business.
