We are currently partnering with a leading provider of financial data to hire an EMEA Leadership and Talent Partner. This role will support the business’ overall objectives through providing partnership and consultancy to help develop leaders and identify and develop high potential talent.
You will enjoy being a trusted advisor to the business and working in a fast-paced environment where you work directly impacts achieving business objectives. Data and a commercial mindset will be important in providing insight and you will love working directly with the business to advance the talent agenda and have a passion for helping people thrive.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong knowledge of best practices in talent management and leadership development and a deep understanding of talent assessment and application of psychometric tools. Facilitation skills and experience coaching and developing leaders and high potential employees will also be important here.
