Our client is a large, progressive global fin/tech firm who is looking to hire an experienced commercial, creative and collaborative recruiter to join their team in London.

As a Recruiter you will manage full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across the Corporate Functions business lines - a dynamic and visible portfolio that includes Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Government Relations, Philanthropy, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Executive Office and Administration. You will also foster relationships with hiring leaders, ensure a smooth recruiting process and establish an outstanding candidate experience against a strategy tightly aligned with the company's strategy and values.
The ideal candidate has a solid background recruiting, including successful recruitment of experienced professionals in an agency/search firm or corporate environment. We are also looking fos someone with strong relationship management and negotiation skills, a consultative approach and the ability to influence multiple constituents without direct authority and effectively network within a heavily-matrixed organization. In addition, we are also looking for:
- Minimum 10 years of corporate recruitment experience
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Proven behavioural interviewing skills and candidate assessment techniques
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, human resources information systems, and other recruiting-related applications
