Our client is a leading global organisation looking to hire an Employee Relations Specialist to be based in their Surrey office.

- Based in Surrey, London
A person in this role will be responsible for advising managers and collaborating with the HR team to investigate and resolve issues on employment-related matters such as employee documentation, employment policy, absence management performance management and other HR and employment risks.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a matrix and multi-national organisation. In addition, we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Commercial mindset
- Analytical, problem-solving ability and well-developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion working with confidential information
