Our client is a leading global organisation looking to hire an Employee Relations Specialist to be based in their Surrey office.

A person in this role will be responsible for advising managers and collaborating with the HR team to investigate and resolve issues on employment-related matters such as employee documentation, employment policy, absence management performance management and other HR and employment risks. ER Specialist will work closely with the Senior ER Manager on the implemnetation of effective HR policies and processes across the UK and Ireland.
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, ideally from a matrix and multi-national organisation. In addition, we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of employment law
- Commercial mindset
- Analytical, problem-solving ability and well-developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to maintain a high level of discretion working with confidential information
