Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Human Resources of Asia, you will be in charge of some of the HR projects and liaise with senior stakeholders to attain its business goals. Also, this person will be responsible for providing generalist HR suggestion and support in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. This person will manage recruitment of all levels and all functions (i.e. permanent and temporary staff, specialists, and interns). As such you will need to work closely with business leaders to guide and assist them, translate workforce plans of each business unit into recruitment strategies to implement in a creative and cost-effective timely manner in the recruitment function. You will also be in charge of some of the HR projects and provide general HR advice to the business.
We are looking for a passionate HRBP professional, and recruitment experience within the luxury retail or professional services would be highly advantageous. To be successful in this role, you must have solid end-to-end recruitment experience ideally from an in-house environment. This person also needs to be hands on and be flexible when required.
In addition, we are also looking for:
• HRBP/Recruitment experience gained in an MNC and degree qualified
• Outstanding communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
• Detailed, organized and results-driven
