Our client is a pioneer in their technology driven products and is looking for a key player to join their HR team in Hong Kong and build a strong HR presence.

Reporting to the VP Operations, you will play a critical role in building a good HR presence in Greater China. You will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of HR services, not limited to: end-to-end recruitment, policies, training and development, compensation and benefits and HR related projects. This person will act as a business partner to the VP as well as the global HR teams and greater china employees. Travel to china may be required depending on the business needs.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience gained from multinational environment. This is an independent role, to be successful you will be required to be hands-on and strategic at the same time, whilst having a flexible attitude. You will be required to be confident and be able to provide advisory support to stakeholders.
In addition we are looking for:
• A degree qualification.
• Knowledge of both Local and China labour law will be highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organization skills who is able to thrive in a growing environment.
• Language fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
