My client is a successful, dynamic sourcing MNC. They are looking for an established Senior HR Manager to strengthen their expanding HR team.

Reporting to a fantastic Regional Head of HR based in Hong Kong you will play a key role in the HR team. You will be responsible for supporting both retail and supply chain client groups, and providing a broad spectrum of HR services related to: employee relations, engagement, and performance management. You will also play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business. In addition to your daily tasks, you will have opportunities to work closely with your regional colleagues on regional projects and HR initiatives. We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 8 years of generalist experience from MNCs background.
To be successful in this role, you must have solid HR generalist with strong change management experience and the ability to work closely with the business.

• Self-starter and independent but need to be a team player when required
• Proactive, resilience and adaptability to change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, managerial skills, fast-paced, logical, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
