Job Description

My client is the world’s largest provider of multi-service HR services and they are looking for a result driven Executive Compensation Consultant to join their growing consulting.

Part of a sizeable consulting team you will be responsible for C&B and Talent Management projects across all levels. You will have great client management exposure. The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and have good client relationship management skills. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and able to build good working relations across the organization as well as with clients. For those who has a specialist consulting background, ie. C&B or Talent Management then this would be a great opportunity for you gain more exposure to other areas. 


In addition we are also looking for:

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience either in a consultancy environment

Fluent English and Cantonese is a must and fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous 

Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills
