Reporting to one of the most respected Human Capital leaders in the industry in APAC, you will lead the Executive Compensation practice Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have strong data analytics skills and excellent track record in working with board members. You are a person with great interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong working relations with clients across different industry.
In addition we are also looking for:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English is a must and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and project management skills
• Expertise in the Executive Compensation field
