Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for an experienced Executive Compensation Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Talent and Rewards Leader and managing a sizeable team, you would be responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering large and strategic client engagements and serving as a key strategic advisor to clients on all executive compensation matters. You would develop, design and implement executive compensation programs and practices and regularly provide insight and speak on current issues around this. You should also demonstrate leadership and the ability to coach and mentor consultants, build relationships internally and externally, work as a team-player and ensure project managers are maintaining progress against the established budget and timelines without compromising on quality.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to maintain strong relationships with clients and manage projects in a timely manner using sound subject matter expertise.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience in an MNC and degree qualified
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese a must
• Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, strong time management, project management skills, leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
