Our client is a Global Management Consulting firm searching for an Experienced hire recruiter to join their Southeast Asia Recruiting team. You will be supporting their hiring by discovering and attracting top talents to join their dynamic organisation.

Reporting to the South East Asia Recruiting Manager, you will execute strategies to deliver the company’s hiring goals. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and have an eye for the best talent in the market to suit the needs and culture of the organisation. Some of the key responsibilities include: Creating strong talent pipeline, manage candidates’ recruitment process and experience, coordinate and manage recruitment logistics from marketing to offer stage.
In order to excel in the role, you should have the following:
• Results-orientation, a collaborative working style and a polished executive presence
• Independent and naturally proactive
• Team player
• Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work under pressure
• Strong talent assessment and good business acumen
Ideally, you should have 5 years of recruitment experience in professional services or recruitment firms.
