Our client is a leading fin/tech firm and they are seeking a sharp-minded, high achieving and creative Financial & Technical Learning Development Consultant. At this global investment management firm, you will design and deliver learning initiatives to the business, with focus on financial and technical professionals.

In this role, you will work with key stakeholders in initial needs analysis and design, project management, delivery and evaluation of learning programs specific to financial and technical professionals in the business.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record of expertise in design and delivery of high quality, creative, and discussion provoking development programs within a fast-paced environment. This person will have excellent project management skills and shouldn’t be afraid to roll up their sleeves to do the operational side of the role, while also being able to listen, negotiate and influence senior stakeholders as needed.
Extensive knowledge surrounding training and organizational development theory and practice is required and for this particular role, there is a large emphasis in finance education programs, technical education programs, and professional services.
In addition, the qualified candidate will possess:
- 5 - 8+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in organizational development or related field
- Proven outstanding educational background is preferred
- Proven results of expertise in learning design & program development is required
