A prestigious investment bank with an excellent reputation in the market is looking for a confident and highly motivated Senior HR Business Partner to provide business focused HR advice for its front office clients.

In this individual contributor position you will partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and formulate and deliver HR strategies to support the overall business plan. You will advise across the full gamut of HR functions including talent management, performance management, recruitment, compensation and benefits and learning and development, working closely with the various centre of excellence teams to deliver a seamless delivery of Human Resources services. You will be also involved in various HR change projects ensuring continuing excellence in the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have proven stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to push back on clients where required. You will be enthusiastic and self-assured, possessing a positive, “can-do” attitude, willing to stretch the extra mile to make sure the job is completed and completed to a high level of expertise. You will be determined and will thrive in a fast moving, demanding working environment.
Additionally, you will also possess the following -
• Minimum 10 years’ HR business partnering experience with experience covering front office investment banking an absolute must
• Singaporeans only
• Possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
