Job Description
Our client is an established wealth fund who is undergoing positive transformation to focus on a performance management culture.
The person will report into the Head of HR and will be responsible for forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees which reflects the business objectives of the office. The role is generalist in nature and you will work closely with the head of HR and broader HR team to meet the objectives.
You will also have responsibility for the HR administrator and team assistant.
Ideally you will have a proven track record working as an HR Manager in a hands-on capacity as well as offer strategic direction to the team and business. Strong preference for financial services background.
