Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Providing high quality and trusted HR advice and delivery of HR services in line with business needs and strategy

Provide advice, coaching and support to managers/leaders to improve people management and capability
-
Provide support and advice in grievance and performance management and employee relations
-
Provide support to Director for annual Compensation process, including compensation surveys
-
Graduate and intern recruitment – working with the business to manage this process end-to-end
-
Lateral recruitment – working with the business and external agencies to deliver top talent to the business
-
Project management of various initiatives that will support the growth, diversification and development of the business and people
-
Developing talent management programs, including succession planning and training initiatives
-
Assisting with employee engagement surveys including follow-up focus groups
Person Specifications:
-
At least HRBP/ Generalist experience from a leading financial services firm
-
Strong relationship building and business partnering skills at all levels, able to gain credibility quickly and effectively
-
Business level Mandarin
