Global Benefits Lead – Top-Tier Law Firm - New York City
Our client is a top-tier law firm seeking a knowledgeable and savvy senior Global Benefits professional to maximize the potential of the firms’ benefits offerings. This is a distinctive and newly created role, combining benefits with global vendor relationship management responsibilities.

In this role, you will maintain strong relationships with current and new benefits vendors and ensure delivery of the most optimal benefits to the firm’s attorneys and staff. You will consult and guide management around crucial benefits issues, using your expertise to lead the design, development and delivery of benefits programs. You will play a unique key role in the research, needs assessment and development of benefits programs. Expect to liaise closely with Marketing, Technology and Communications departments for successful program development and promotion. You will also work cross-functionally to support and train team members, as well as assist on special projects.
The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge on all aspects of US health and welfare plans. A deep understanding of insurer and vendor relations, and a demonstrated ability to lead on these engagements is required. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in resource assessment, benefits design, vendor management, compliance, marketing and communications. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, as well as have extremely strong organizational skills, analytical/numerical skills and attention to detail.
You Must Have:
- Minimum 6-8 years of Benefits Administration
- Ideally 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of multi state regulations and global regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and experience resolving benefit issues
- A Bachelor’s degree
