Global Compensation & Benefits Director, Paris
Located in the South East region of Paris our client is looking for a C&B Director to join it’s senior HR leadership team.

- Stand-alone role.
Due to recent changes in the HR department our client is looking for a global C&B leader to work with and report to the CHRO on all reward and performance management issues. Due to the global locations across EMEA, the US and APAC this person will be responsible for aligning salaries and benefits accordingly while also rolling out a new global performance management framework. This role doesn’t have a team to manage and is therefore reliant upon local HR teams to deliver and will therefore need someone that is able to work with and develop people from across the globe. Global travel is part of the role, however this will not be excessive and ideally focused on travel once a quarter.
We are ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years C&B experience gained within a global working environment. An ability to adapt your style to different working cultures is regarded as vital to the role and is something that has been missing from previous incumbents. French and English fluency is essential and people will not be considered unless their CV’s clearly state this requirement. Alongside this we are also looking for:
- A true team player, this is a role that requires a working partnership with multiple stakeholders and it is essential that this person can work with people from different backgrounds.
- Overseas exposure.
- An ability to influence senior business leaders.
