Due to business growth and expansion plans, my client, who is one of the leading players in their industry is currently expanding their HR capabilities in this region. We are partnering with them to look for a hands-on, dedicated and experienced compensation and benefits professional to join their global team in Singapore.

Opportunity to create
Sitting within one of the business units, you are responsible for the conceptualisation, redesigning, delivery and manage changes in the C&B framework across different regions, working together with your subject matter expert counterparts in the company’s headquarters. As this is a newly created individual contributor role, you must be well-versed in market intelligence, resourceful and independent in your work. You have to be good with numbers, enjoy working with them and at the same time be able to have good interpersonal relationships with your stakeholders.
We require a candidate who has strong analytical skills, with the ability to consult the business on any issues with regards to compensation & benefits. A minimum of five years working experience in a regional end to end C&B capacity is a must. Due to the fast moving environment, you must be good multi-tasker and has the ability to excel in a high stress environment.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
Experience in a fast-paced MNC environment
Strong compensation & benefits design experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
