Job Description

Our client is one of the top law firms looking to hire a Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager to be based in their London office.

  • Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Responsibility & Inclusion

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues across the firm to implement the CR&I strategy objectives, with subject matter expertise and advice to develop and implement diversity and inclusion action plans across the business and track progress
  • Oversee and support the Diversity Networks, ensuring alignment to the CR&I strategy
  • Analyse and report on CR&I metrics internally and externally to meet  reporting commitments and client requests
  • Management of the external partnerships and networks with key CR&I partners
  • Remain up to date with CR&I issues, trends and developments globally
  • Work with the Global head of CR&I to ensure strong management of budget, including forecasting, reporting and annual review
  • Line manager responsibility of the CR&I Executive and CR&I Administrator
  • Manage the online and paper based filing systems used by the CR&I team
  • Represent the firm at external forums and events on behalf of the firm

A successful candidate will have a proven experience in a similar role of developing and implementing CR&I projects –  ideally within a global professional or financial services firm. In addiation, we are also looking for:

  • Human Resources experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT skills, particularly intermediate/advanced level Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • First class analytical, prioritisation and organisational skills 
  • Strong team working ethnic and collaboration with experience of managing others
  • Prepared to travel to other UK offices when requested
  • Span of capability from strategic to hands-on operational
