A key client of mine is looking for an initial contract to permanent hire who can join their ever changing HR functions.
- Global role spanning Asia, EMEA and the US.
- Matrixed role reporting to the Global CHRO
This is a global position for a mid-sized organisation working as a true strategic business partner while having to deal with some of the more operational aspects of HR that come with a mid-sized organisation. Alongside the day to day aspects of the role are a number of global projects that require both management and transformational change. There is a small team to look after and you will be responsible for their ongoing development.
We are looking for a true business partner, we are open to sector experience although some exposure to either professional or financial services would be regarded as advantageous. Good multi-country HR experience is essential and the ability to work on both the HR strategy and operational work. To reiterate some of the key personal attributes we are looking for are:
- You must have a practical approach to HR.
- Be able to understand and work across different cultures and regions.
- Have the ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders.
