This is a new role based out of the UK working for a specialist FinTech start up organisation.

This is a brand new role for an expanding small organisation that has never had an HR function but who is looking to set one up. Reporting direct to the CEO you will be responsible for all aspects of HR including recruitment. Due to the greenfield nature of this role you will be required to work with the business in order to set up an employer value proposition, benchmark the organisation and the roles that they have on and also look to build out an HR structure and start to look at implementing a performance management platform that will enable them to not only retain talent but to also attract the very best people to the organisation.
We are looking for an experienced HR Director who has been part of a small company (less than 100 people) and have helped them grown to a few hundred people. This is regarded as a true tech start up and you should have experience both within IT and a start-up. We will be looking ideally for some global experience, this role will cover remote locations across Asia and the US with travel and knowledge of these regions being regarded as an essential part of the role.
