Directly reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing confidential data, and translating requirements into effective and impactful dashboards and reports that enable information sharing across different offices. Specifically you will play a key role in producing reports on HR metrics such as manpower planning, performance management, C&B and Retention.
The successful candidate will need to have strong data analytics and excel skills. Since you will be working with offices across the global, you will need to enjoy working with people as well as numbers. In additional, we are looking for the below:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Highly analytical and detail orientated
• Excellent in both English and Chinese communication skills
• Strong team player and self-motivated individual
