Our client is a high-tech company with an innovative and young culture. With the strong and sustainable growth of the company globally in the last few years, they are currently looking for a new HR Manager to join their growing HR team.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR who is based in Hong Kong, you will be play a critical role providing advisory and operational support for the whole HR function. You will be responsible for all areas including on-boarding, rewards strategies and payroll, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, reporting, and HRIS. Particularly, you will be driving manpower planning, salary and talent projects.
We are looking for an energetic and visionary HR generalist with a minimum of 7 years’ global or APAC experience gained from multinational companies. You will have to be familiar with employment legislation in the region and off-shore management, be able to set up the job banding system, HR workflow and best practices, and act as a business partner to stakeholders within an organization.
In addition we are also looking for:
• Degree qualification
• An independent self-starter with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in driving HR projects
• Language proficiency in English, proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage
