Our client is a global retailer looking to hire a Global Learning and Development Manager:
The purpose of the role is to lead on creating and implementing the global retail training programme to drive development, engagement, and performance Together and with the support of the Learning & Development team, you will partner with global stakeholders to analyse retail training opportunities and implement a strategy that will help us achieve our business objectives.
Undertaking a training needs analysis, you’ll address gaps in training globally and ensure that all needs are covered
Develop and manage a global learning platform enriched with content that will support learning globally.
Always aligned with business objectives, you’ll develop consistent, great quality employee practice that will reflect in the experiences of customers visiting stores.
Forecast, monitor, and review performance and enable management to follow
Evaluate and drive positive change in culture
