Working closely with the Global Head of Organization Development, the Regional Head of HR as well as Country HR across regions, this role supports the global HR restructure to assist the rapidly changing business needs of the group more effectively. You will provide strategic input to the development and delivery of the OD programme that recognises the changing demands of the business including comprehensive spending review and other major funding. You will oversee the design of a clear operating model and ensure that they are aligned across all change programmes including process, systems, skills, roles and capabilities. The role also requires you to influence and build trusted relationship with key stakeholders regionally and globally, keeping them informed and involved.
We are looking for a passionate HR change management professional with sound experience with multinationals in organization design and project management. The ideal candidate will have gained HR and capability development skills from complex multi-market change programmes. The role will require the ability to engage stakeholders across geographic locations, culture, functions. We are also looking for:
• A degree qualification
• An outgoing and strong communicator with outstanding analytical skills
• Ability to demonstrate solid level of business understanding and capability to independently lead all aspects of the Organization Effectiveness work while developing commercially relevant solutions
• Ability to travel
