Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join the team to focus on graduate recruitment for Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of HR for the region, you will handle the graduate recruitment planning and implementation as well as development plans for Hong Kong. This would include all aspects of branding and marketing while managing campus activity and building and maintaining solid relationships with the universities. You will also cover the selection of interns and trainee solicitors and the management of the trainee program, conduct career development meetings giving advice and guidance, coordinate appraisals, and provide partners and supervisors with professional direction enabling them to manage the trainees effectively.
The ideal candidate will have graduate recruitment and resourcing experience preferably in a professional services or financial services environment. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be deadline and solutions oriented, have good project management skills, organized and able to work independently while being comfortable working in a Partnership environment.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum of 5 years of graduate program experience in an MNC, with legal or professional firm experience a strong plus
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Independent, organized, proactive, strong time management and project management skills, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with universities and stakeholders
