Based in Hong Kong, our client is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Specialist to join the team to focus on attorney and graduate recruitment in Asia while also working closely with their overseas locations.

Reporting to the Attorney Recruitment & Development Manager, you will handle all graduate recruitment activity including all aspects of branding and marketing while managing and attending campus fairs and events in Hong Kong, the US, UK and Australia. You will also cover the selection of interns and trainee solicitors and the management of the 2 year trainee program. You will develop solid relationships with law school career services and student societies and assist with all recruitment, coordination and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have graduate recruitment and resourcing experience preferably in a professional services or financial services environment. You must have excellent interpersonal skills, be deadline and solutions oriented, have good project management skills and able to work independently and comfortably in a Partnership environment.
In addition to this we are also looking for:
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in an MNC, with professional firm experience a strong plus
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English with Chinese being an advantage
• Independent, organized, proactive, strong time management and project management skills, solid interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with universities, stakeholders and management
