Our client is a large and growing business looking to hire an experienced Learning and Development Manager responsible for the design and delivery of Training and Development strategy throughout the company and operations.

- Designing and Implementing training, LMS, materials and programmes for the group.
- Aligning technical, behavioural developments to company and multi-channel strategies.
We need someone with a track record of regional experience and developing a groups learning and development strategy through channel training and aligning to the annual company strategy. This will include leadership training as well as channel training programmes.
A strong background in team development, coaching and reporting metrics is needed as well as a sound management of the function.
There is a high level of fast paced stakeholder management needed for this role and frequent travel across the Gulf region. Therefore the individual should come from a fast paced background and be open to flexible work.
The individual will have a good degree of designing and delivering training and material with a good knowledge of LMS. Gamification or even Micro learning would be an advantage.
The role will be based Dubai, be a challenging position, yet rewarding through company change and impact.
