Working directly with the Regional HR Director as well as the Global C&B team, this role is responsible for the management and administration of all C&B programs across Asia Pacific. You will develop programs that are locally relevant and aligned with global philosophy and framework. You will lead the implementation and communication of total rewards programmes including merit increase, short-term incentives and benefits reconciliation and activities. You will work closely with business partners on salary proposals, pay recommendations and market benchmarking, as well as providing leadership and coaching to the rest of the team in the region. There may also be M&A work and new market establishment involved in this role.
We are looking for an energetic and experienced C&B specialist with a minimum of 10 years’ total rewards experience gained from multinationals. Regional experience is preferred (Greater China, South East Asia, Australia and North Asia).
In addition we are looking for:
• Degree qualification
• A high numeric sense and an out-going personality
• A professional approach and a high level of integrity
• Outstanding communication skills in English, while Chinese language highly preferred
