A global IT company is looking for an experienced Head of Employee Relations –
Partner with Senior Managers to create and sustain positive ER programs and best practices
Design and conduct ER training and communications
Work on time sensitive and critical ER issues, handling investigations and escalations
Ability to travel significantly around the region when required
Reporting to the Global Head of Employee Relations you will be responsible for supporting APJC with a team of direct reports. You will manage all aspects of employee relations as well as drive the framework of the company’s core values and objectives.
You will be university educated with excellent communication skills. A willingness to be hands on is essential as well as a proven track record in being able to build strong relationships. You will be confident and have strong influencing skills. In addition to excellent problem solving skills you will have the following –
At least 10 years of employee relations experience with a strong background in workplace investigations in APJC
Solid understanding of country specific employment laws throughout APJC
Experience of working in a unionised setting a plus
High-quality judgment and sound decision making skills
